By using this website or submitting an enquiry to Coffee Cart by BCS ("Coffee Cart", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

We provide a professional mobile espresso bar and coffee cart, including equipment, trained baristas, and ingredients, for events in Kathmandu, Nepal. We currently offer two packages:

• Standard Coffee Cart — a refined, professional wooden espresso bar setup for any size event.
• Premium Coffee Cart — an enhanced setup with additional offerings for a fuller experience.

Exact inclusions, menu, and equipment are confirmed in writing as part of your quote.

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for a quote — it does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you in writing and any required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry where we cannot meet the date, location, or requirements.

Pricing depends on your event size, duration, location, and chosen package, and will be set out in your quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated within them. Payment terms, including any deposit, are confirmed at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable deposit, are set out in your booking confirmation. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes where availability allows.

To allow us to deliver our service safely and on time, you agree to provide:

• Reasonable access to the venue for setup and teardown
• A suitable, level, and weather-protected space for the cart
• Access to a power supply where required for our equipment
• Accurate event details, including timing and guest numbers

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Coffee Cart and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We take great care in delivering our services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather, venue access issues, or supply disruptions).

Our website and enquiry process may link to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
